Meal macro breakdown!??

I’m new to MFP, I’ve got premium and am struggling to workout how to see the macro breakdown requirements for breakfast, lunch etc??
Please can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks

    Do you mean you want recommended amounts for each meal? Or to see the amounts you've logged?

    There is no set requirement by meal - it's your total intake that matters. I try to spread protein across the day, but carbs and fat go wherever they end up. My first meal is often lower carb but higher fat. My later meals are often higher carb but lower fat - this is my personal preference!
