Hi currently trying to bulk up and fill out my 6’2” frame!!!
According to the online TDEE calculator I need 3381 calories per day.

I’ve been trying for years last 3 days and wanted to ask...........
How do other people fit in that many calories??!
I’m struggling with the volume of food and still only just getting to that amount.

Any meal/food ideas would be very welcome!!!

i avg 2700cal a day and while it can be a trial at times - its doable - on my plan, i have 2 days a week in the 2900 range

think calorie dense foods - i do lots of rice/potatos (white and sweet)/barley/farro/couscous; bagels are a great way for me to add calories

also full fat yogurts (noosa is awesome, so is brown cow); full fat milk; avocados

my food diary is open and may things I eat and easily made into larger amounts

I can definitely try shakes, I’ve got a nutribullet.
I think with being news to this, I’m getting my self hung up on not exceeding my macros for the day. I don’t know weather that’s wrong or right????

I’ll have a play and try and make my diary open to view.

Many thanks for your input guys

Do you use a food scale? All your gram entries are even numbers, 100, 150, 200...

Hi, put the weight then adjust the servings...so if I had 300g I’d put 150g then put I had 2 servings..
Generally I look at what calories that I need to have that day then ‘chop away’!!!

Am I going about this the right way!!!!
