I love throwing in one of her video workouts now and then. Usually it’s in the winter when I don’t want to go out to the gym.

I’ve had depression for years. Exercise makes me feel better and I use to workout everyday. This past year has been a rough one on me and I didn’t make exercising and taking care of myself a priority. 2018 is going to be different.
