  • Emotional eating can really be my downfall, too. I made decent progress last year and while I didn't get back to my highest weight I undid most of my progress with a bad few months. I sympathize.

  • I do occasionally go for an ice cream dinner. :D Coldstone sends me a BOGO coupon and my husband and I will go do it together. I also can do a fast food and feel comfortable skipping dinner. Really most weeks I cook almost all meals and bring leftovers or sandwiches for lunches. But sometimes...just gotta do it.
