Yesterday 80% of my intake was sugary food but I didn't feel guilty as I still stayed in a calorie deficit. We are taught that weight loss requires boring clean eating forever and it's not true. Portion control is actually more important than what you eat and thanks to ny new attitude towards food i am now 8kg down in 9 months 😃2

Yesterday I had a pain au chocolat for breakfast. It was awesome. I still ate under my calorie allowance for the day.0 -

When I do this it's usually ice cream which for me has enough fat and protein to keep me satisfied. Plus my other meals when I do this tend to be nutritionally balanced with a good amount of fiber and protein so I don't feel lacking in any way.
How much protein is in your ice cream and what brand is it?
I get the Ben and Jerry's froyo and usually end up eating the whole pint so it's around 20 grams of protein and 12 grams of fat. @Fitnessgirl0913 I had 1/2 C of Ben & Jerry's Half Baked FroYo last night and to my utter astonishment, it was both yummy and filling. Thanks for the tip! Much better than Halo Top, etc. But I was able to stop with 1/2 C, unlike with Ben & Jerry's full calorie S'Mores.

I love this. While I love my fruits and veggies (mmm greens), I also love my high calorie nutrient dense food. I try to just keep my portions in check (make sure it fits), and listen to my body. Often times if I eat a lot one day, I'm not very hungry the next, so I eat less. I have been eating ice cream, cheese burgers, pizza, and fried chicken on a frequent basis for the last 6 months and continue to lose. I just eat less of them then I did before. I have absolutely been known to eat cake for breakfast, and ice cream for lunch, lol (usually not in the same day though). And I am also the friend with the messy car.2

Nope, cucumbers on tacos is actually Mexican. Cheddar cheese & lettuce are purely an American thing and would never be found on a taco in Mexico (unless they are catering to foreigners). Also flour tortillas, not Mexican either. I live 5 minutes from the US/Mexico boarder.
My family is Mexican and I've never seen a cucumber on a taco...maybe as part of ceviche. Usually corn tortilla, cotija, pico, and spicy meat of whatever. Never a cucumber. Then we're crossing the line into salad.

I eat coolway ice cream, it has 28g of protein, 16g of fiber, 320 calories per tub. I can tell you that keeps me full for awhile.0 -

I could not have a frappuchino as a meal and be satisfied with it. But Ice cream has totally served as lunch or dinner on a rare occasion. There is enough fat and protein in the ice cream it would satisfy me for a while. It's Usually best when paired with "real food" though. Like a mini blizzard and small burger from DQ for example.1 -
I love fast food...I am not one of those people that say they are disgusted by fast food and last had Mcdonalds 10 years ago.0

I do occasionally go for an ice cream dinner. Coldstone sends me a BOGO coupon and my husband and I will go do it together.
I also can do a fast food and feel comfortable skipping dinner.
Really most weeks I cook almost all meals and bring leftovers or sandwiches for lunches. But sometimes...just gotta do it.1 -
I am the person who found herself weighing out a portion of red grapes to find herself subconsciously eating the ones being removed from the scale to achieve the 50g portion size! Still, they were grapes, not cheese. Ho hum!1
