I just mean that it tracks and adds calories. Not necessarily eat them. Good to know though.

I still have a lot to lose so I'd like to shoot for 1.5. It took me a year to lose 50 pounds so roughly 1 pound a week. Good to have stretch goals though. Yes I know I need to log my exercise to get credit for it - is that what you mean?

Sorry yes, I must be at a 750 cal deficit instead then as that's what I set my settings to. Not including the gym which I do go to 3 times a week. Thank you VERY Much for all your replies!

I just cancelled my ww membership last night and have switched. After 18 months, losing 50 in the first 12 and then plateauing for 2 followed by 4 months of maintaining because I just can't keep dealing with the points...here I am.
