I have logged for 33 days and am making steady progress. Current weight: 190.6 (Dec 8th) Total Weight Lost: 10lbs This week's challenges- same as a lot of others, holiday parties at work and with friends.

Day 1, 2 and 3 of Flat Ab Challenge done. Added my own treadmill challenge to coincide with Ab challenge. Started with 10 min walk, adding 30 seconds each day. Day 1, 2, and 3 done. Didn't get started until Nov 14th, but glad I finally decided to get moving.

I am restarting my journey today by breaking my overall goal into smaller not quite so mini goals. I am working on a weight loss of 1 to 1.5 lbs a week. I am just got back on MFP today. Although the first week of November is done, I will start with the flat ab challenge tomorrow since it is already 10pm here.

I haven't ridden my bikes (indoor or outdoor ) for a couple of years. I want to start up again so thought this challenge would be a good way to start. I am a fair weather rider so will do primarily indoor cycling to start.
