garlo12, you are so funny, you had me chuckling. There are better days ahead. Hang in there. Let us know what area/s with which you are having problems .Are you logging in every day ? Are you staying within daily caloric goals? Do you weigh and measure your foods. Are you drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily. Are are physically active at least3 or more days a week.All of these answers should be in the positive. If not, you may have to establish new goals and guidelines to get you back on track.1 -

I have to look at the big picture. I was away at a conference. I was not very careful with my eating, but compared to prior travel I have done I made some good choices. So that is a positive check mark. My second positive point was that I made sure I exercised. I worked that fitness center, limited as it was. However, I still went up in pounds at this week's weigh in. I was at 194. At least it is starting to go down, as it usually does after travel.
This weekends challenges:
Well, du'oh - Thanksgiving and all that goes with it. Also I seem to have been in a binge mode the last few days. I am doing my best to fight it, but it's being a challenge. Need to set some goals. I haven't been setting those either.2 -

I got Cocky for losing 20+ lbs. And I took things for granted. & Now I've got tight slapped by reality. It sure showed me my place. & I'm Happy this happened sooner than later. Because Now I will never Behave as I've behaved in this past 2-4 weeks.
I pledge I will be true to my Cause & I will work harder to Achieve all my Goals & I will never take things for Granted.

Again, I have to look at the big picture. It was a busy week with a lot of focus on food. I have lost more than thirty pounds this year. I am even lower today, so it is flushing out. I am eating well and will continue to do so.

I need to focus on eating a lot of vegetables this week. One of my children graduates this weekend so I will have to handle his celebration.

This week's successes: Loss after Thanksgiving was a surprise. I had desserts and enjoyed three days at son’s house with all meals provided by DDIL and son.

Next weeks challenge: Get below 190 to get into 180s. Then I will set my official GW with WWers.
My PCP suggested 177# based on my age (69) and height (5’ 8”). My SW was 376 so I may go for 176? But first I will see how it goes in the 180s.
WW Tweaked their Smart Point Program allowing me to eat unlimited Zero Point foods like eggs and chicken, But they reduced my allotted daily Points from 32 to 23. Marketing ploy IMHO aimed at people that want to eat A LOT and still lose weight! I don’t plan to change my eating habits much but will follow the new WW FREESTYLE Plan .4 -

Well I keep bouncing around these 2 pounds. I will own this as maintaining a steady weight through the holidays. A couple of lunches and dinners this week. So much to celebrate!
I completed week 2 of C25k! I run on a treadmill which seems to be a little more difficult than outdoors, but I can maintain a steady pace both walking and "running". Not sure I will ever be a real runner. I do like burning more calories in less time.0 -
