Hi all.. Count me in !
Starting weight: 104 kg = 228lbs.
Goal weight: 65 kg = 145lbs.
Current weight: 102 kg = 225lbs.
Total weight lost: 1kg. (Since December 2016)
This week's successes: none
This week's challenges: 1- Not to Over eat. 2- lose 2lbs. 3- Exercise Daily.

Current Wt: 95 kg = 210lbs.
This week's Wt. 206.2lbs.
Week 3 Wt. = 204.4 lbs. (92.7 kg)
Week 4 Wt. = 202.8 lbs. (92 kg)
Week 5 Wt. = 202.8 lbs (92kg)
Did not lose any... also did not gain any Wt. So I'm happy.
Week 6 Wt. = 198.5 lbs (90kg)
Finally Reached to ONEderland !
Week 7 Wt. = 198.4 lbs.
I was sick past week. Fever & cold..
I'm all fine today. Hope this week will go as planned .
Week 8 Wt. = 196.4 lbs (89.1kg)
Week 9 Wt. = 194.1 lbs. (88kg)
Week 10 Wt= 195 lbs. (88.5 kg)
I'm not happy at all
I did it to my self. I didn't Exercised, No diet, No Walking, No Swimming....
This week and week before were very bad.
I got Cocky for losing 20+ lbs. And I took things for granted. & Now I've got tight slapped by reality. It sure showed me my place. & I'm Happy this happened sooner than later. Because Now I will never Behave as I've behaved in this past 2-4 weeks.
I pledge I will be true to my Cause & I will work harder to Achieve all my Goals & I will never take things for Granted.

Up a pound aver the past 2 weeks. Pre Birthday, Halloween, Cruise, family birthday party. Lots of good food and good times. Now another week before a trip to visit family for Thanksgiving. Need to focus of less sweets and carbs and more lean protein for snacks. More water, fewer adult beverages.
Average weight loss this year is -.68 pounds!
Not a pound a week, but it is a success. Still have 10.6 pounds to go for my ultimate goal.

It seems to be getting more difficult to lose the last few pounds. Have been gaining and losing for the past few weeks. . I'm now down to a size 14-16from 20-22. I am not buying clothing. Only trying on. Will treat myself when I attain my goal.3 -
I had planned to walk i the park but it freezing and windy. What a drastic change in the temperature! Did housecleaning instead.2

I am at a conference and hoping to maintain. I have been working in the hotel fitness center every day, but it is hard to go to vendor sponsored dinners. Or perhaps I should say it is not hard to go to dinner and possibly undo it all.4 -

Yes, .82 X 6 more weeks = 4.9#.
Losing five more pounds by end of year would get me in 180s!!!

Checking in a day early, leaving on a trip to visit family. My mother (88) has early dementia with loss of short term memory. It will be a stressful week, but I am so grateful to still have her in my life. My sister and niece live near Mom and help her daily. I am so Grateful for them.
My husband had his oncologist appointment today and again, his numbers were in thew good range. His oncologist congratulated both of us on our weight loss.
This being Thanksgiving, I think of all that I have and give thanks for it.
Thank you everyone on MFP and in the challenge four the motivation I have received this year. Without you I would still be struggling.

Last year I lost 36.8# on this challenge.
This year I’m at -38# and have six weeks to go. This challenge has helped me keep focused and is a very realistic goal for me at age 69.3 -
