I do weigh everything it's just when I have entered steak the Iron column shows zero for Iron so MFP is not accurate, I have a years free Premium membership which I certainly won't renew on this basis-cheers

what use is MFP if under Wholegrain Oats, Eye Fillet Steak etc it shows NIL for Iron. I will use the site you have sent me thanks
