  • Trust me if I can do it anyone can. Don’t make it complicated, I just kept it simple. Also only weigh in once a month, the body has ways of tricking you if you weigh in too often. I friended you, please let me know if you ever need advice.
  • 388lbs down to roughly 210-220, I only weigh myself every month and my water fluctuates in my body quite drastically.
