Monday to Friday I eat the same thing, and I love it... 1 serving of steel cut oats, cooked with water Add 1 tbsp natural peanut butter Top with unsweetened cashew milk, cinnamon and tbsp brown sugar. ...and coffee of course, alongside 16oz of water Oats give me tons of energy before I hit the gym.

This doesn't answer her question, at all. She's asking for ideas of foods to eat that are high in fat. On Keto, fat is the most important macro so it's nice to have lots of different options that are high in fat, lower in protein and extremely low in carbs.

I always have whey protein after my workouts, as soon as i get home. I blend a scoop with unsweetened cashew milk and a frozen banana. It's perfect. When I eat oats, I have them for breakfast with cinnamon and stevia and cashew milk. Honestly though, for weight loss, you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits within…

I wouldn't be overeating, as I said, I save a couple hundred calories for a snack at night. I just need something that will hit the spot but not go over in cals.
