I love mixing evoo with apple cider vinegar, real maple syrup, garlic (minced or powdered) and salt and pepper. So good on fresh mixed greens.

My go-to high protein breakfast is a smoothie made with Vega Coconut Almond protein powder, cashew milk or a splash of full fat coconut milk, frozen banana, spinach, turmeric and ice. So yummy and I find it very satisfying.

I have the exact same issue...trying to sort it out by plaYing around with my calories throughout the day and finding low calorie high volume foods.
