It's that time again!

Breakfast: 5:00AM pineapple Outshine bar; two crumpets with yogurt butter and peach Bellini jam, clementine, and coffee at normal breakfast time.

Lunch: leftover fried chicken thigh. green salad with tomatoes and lemon-herb vinaigrette, baby carrots.

Dinner: leftover mushroom-zucchini pasta bake.

Snacks: cheese and crackers, popcorn, apples.

    Breakfast chicken curry and cauliflower rice
    Lunch soup (broth) and birthday cake flavoured protein bar
    Dinner gf dough balls with garlic butter, salad, gf mini pizza, gf chocolate brownie, gf beer (going out for dinner and going to eat ALL the food but stay under calories :D:D )

    Breakfast: Red lentil dal with pea shoots

    Lunch:
    Vegetable korma tofu patty, veggies (carrots, zucchini, green bell pepper) in a cilantro-jalapeno sauce, chopped jalapenos, and cashews

    Dinner: Braised rosemary lentils, creamy tomato soup, charred shishito peppers

    Breakfast - cold brew coffee
    Morning Snack - protein shake
    Lunch - turkey and salami sandwich, cottage cheese, mini sweet peppers and baby carrots
    Afternoon snack - watermelon, pineapple and coolwhip
    Dinner - Pulled pork on a hamburger bun, half a baked potato (I share with my 2 year old), mixed roasted vegetables and a little bit of macaroni salad

    Lunch - Minestrone soup
    Snack - salt and vinegar snack a jacks
    Dinner - oven baked salmon with salad

    Breakfast: Two little breakfast sausages, 1/2 cup Egg beaters
    Lunch: saurkraut, slice of cheese and a few peanuts
    Supper: Salisbury steak, Mashed potato and gravy, short section of corn on the cob. and Angel Food Cake. ( Birthday dinner for my wife)

    Breakfast: Thomas multigrain English muffin with peanut butter
    Lunch: sandwich (100% whole wheat bread, ham, mayo, lettuce & pickles) and chili cheese Fritos
    Afternoon snack: mini pretzels & French Onion dip
    Dinner: taco salad (seasoned ground turkey, romaine, corn, salsa & sour cream)

    Breakfast- Porridge with cacao powder, banana and honey

    Morning snack- Homemade trail mix with walnuts, almonds, sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, dried apricot and dark choc chips

    Lunch- Carrot and Leek soup

    Afternoon snack- Cheesy wotsits

    Dinner- Pork and Bramley apple sausage, mash, onion gravy, peas and carrots

    Dessert- Homemade choc chip cookies

    Breakfast- hardboiled egg with salt and mustard, Fage 2% blood orange flavor yogurt, coffee w/creamer
    Lunch- tastybites vegetable tikka masala, brown rice, raw cocktail cucumbers, raw raspberries, 2 sticks of reduced fat string cheese, root beer flavored seltzer water
    Dinner- Skinny Taste chicken cacciatore (1 chicken thigh plus sauce) served with pasta and parmesan cheese
    Snack- garlic hummus and pretzels, possibly 1/2 serving of Kashi golean chocolate cereal and almond milk if I'm hungry after the gym this evening

    Snack - 1 coconut flour lemon cookie

    Dinner - GF penne with garlic butter

    Dessert- peanut butter chocolate ice cream

    Breakfast: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
    Lunch: 1 fajita, 24 almonds (was supposed to be a morning snack but never got to it), light and fit greek yogurt with blueberries
    Afternoon snack: Garden salsa sun chips
    Dinner: Tuscan shrimp served over zucchini noodles with 1 slice of garlic bread. Possibly some white wine
    Dessert: If I don't have wine with dinner I'll probably have a bit of ice cream

    Breakfast - Coffee & sugar free jello with light cool whip on top.

    Lunch - crispy chicken burger with 110 hamburger bun, lettuce, tomato and onion with fat free mayo!
    With a handful of air fryer potatoe wedges.

    Dinner - BBQ pulled pork on 110 hamburger bun with veggies on the side.

    Snack - coffee & Pickles, sugar free pudding.

    Breakfast - A Kodiak Flapjack with Fiber One in the mix and fake syrup with chia seeds in the fake syrup.

    Morning snack - 1 whole peach.

    Lunch - Homemade banana split.

    Afternoon snack - 1 cheap protein bar.

    I've got 777 calories remaining for dinner, which will be a homemade pizza, and that's enough calories for a chocolate square later.

    Breakfast - quest blueberry muffin protein bar and a cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew milk

    Lunch - starkist tuna ranch packet and 2 wasa rye crackers and jalapeño string cheese

    snack - raw veggies and yogurt ranch

    supper - chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and mixed veggies

    night snack - probably enlightened Movie Night

    breakfast - a peach, coffee and two vegetarian soy sausage patties
    lunch - 1/4 cup rice congee style with a half a can fried gluten with peanuts and soy sauce pickles
    dinner - a stuffed pepper and some walnuts and half a pudding cup of homemade fudgsicle
    snacks - a handful of garlic peanuts in the shell and a slice of bread with butter and strawberry jam

    Lunch - Don't know... we're having "fun day" at work and I don't know whats being served for lunch.
    Dinner - pulled pork sandwich, 1/2 baked potato, vegetables, macaroni salad

    Breakfast- venti nonfat pumpkin spice latte with no whip

    Lunch- 3 oz grilled chicken tenders, 2 Tb hummus, grapes, and a oui petit yogurt

    Dinner- chick fil a grilled nuggets and superfood side

    Snack tonight will probably be a protein bar and a cup of hot tea

    Breakfast was iced coffee and muscadine grapes

    Lunch was homemade tuna salad (made from fresh grilled tuna, on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes

    Dinner was a sauteed chicken breast, with mushrooms, olives, in a jarred pasta sauce on a bed of Zuchini noodles.

    Snack tonight will be some fruit.
