Mmmm...beer. My favourite right now is a breakfast stout from a great local brewery called Brimstone. Its dark but so smooth and strongly tastes like two of my favourite things... coffee and chocolate.

Leg day.... 5 x 5 squats, 5 x 5 leg press, extension and curl, calf raises and some cable kick backs. And then like 10 mins of light cardio because I felt sick and shakey.

I find that to be true with regular old rolled oats...but I've been onto steel cut for the past little while and they're sooo much better in terms of satiety (as well as taste really). Esp when I add a bit of protein (natural PB).

600 cals worth of oats? That's a LOT of oats....my steel cut oats gave 170 cals in a serving and that's plenty for me.

Oats are my absolute favourite breakfast - I eat them before I head to the gym.
