I'll go barefoot when I'm at home. I don't like wearing shoes on my carpet and socks make me feel like I'm going to slide all over the place.

Daily Post (Sunday) Track: Yes Calories: No (over by 20 cal) Exercise: no Goals/Day/Comments: I had an incident yesterday that could have cost me my vision in my left eye, so I took today to rest and hopefully speed up recovery. I plan on going to the gym tomorrow and doing something light.

Todayโs workout 3 sets of 12 reps -brisk 5 minute walk -Leg curl -Leg extension -Leg press - Squats -Crunches -Abdominal machine

Yesterday workout was: Brisk walk - 5 minutes Wide grip lat pull down Tricep cable pull down Chest press machine Lateral raise Seated row Preacher curl I was very nervous since it was my first time lifting weights at this gym and there were quite a few people. I got through it eventually and I feel like Iโll become lessโฆ

Had a fairly simple workout today. I did a fitness blender warm up, lower body tone/cardio, and then some flexibility stretches. Just trying to get back into the swing of things

To be honest up until now I just made whatever I had on hand and tried to make it healthier (less oil, butter, cream, more vegetables, etc). Iโm just starting in with calorie counting and have noticed that even with the healthier choices, itโs still over budget.
