Hi I was on this challenge in November but i stopped because I had a fracture and was placed in POP, during recovery I lost 24 lb.
I'm now back to get to my desired weight goal.

Wasn't the best of days. End of Semester = extra work as now is the time they suddenly worry about their grades. Just another frustration as a teacher these days because unless you can show where you have tried everything short of holding the pen in the student's hand and making them write, you are going to be encouraged to go back and help that student pass. Frustration leads to frustration drinking. Even though I stayed under my calorie goal, I'm just pissed for not handling my frustration better !!
