    No gain or loss of weight this week, but I lost another half inch from my waist! I can now cinch my belt another notch, that makes me happy. I know this does not help in this challenge, but I know the work I am putting into my weight loss is working.

    Mixed bag yesterday. Lots of steps at school as I continuously walked from one end of the school to the other since I was administering the Workplace Readiness Skills Assessment.
