It has been a rough week with work and family issues. I have not been logging my food, watching what I eat and how much, or keeping my gym schedule. Now that things in my life are getting back to normal, I will get back on track. I am getting tired of gaining and losing the same couple of pounds over and over again.3 -

5 days in a row with 10,000+ steps = SUPER DUPER! Had another great day overall. Met up with my 2 old college roommates last night. Was able to maintain my calories instead of throwing in the towel for the evening and blowing out! Little things like a tuna steak instead of cheeseburger, no bun.
Looking forward to today. It's going to be 72 outside...gonna throw the bike on the rack and head to the Oceanfront for some boardwalk riding and people watching.
