Hello friend, Thank you for your feedback. I log all my exercise and I eat most of these calories. However, it seems that my body needs fewer calories in order to lose that weight. I like your weekly review idea. I will do this here. Thank you again Have a great Monday .

Hi Veroniquepoiridr, Thank you for commenting here... My diet plan is counting calories.. My workout plan : I'm doing Core de force program which lasts for 2 months. My biggest challenge is to log my food and do my workout 6 days a week. I'm sure if I did that for 1 month at least I will see significant changes in my body…

Day 3 is in. Today is Saturday which means not regular meal times and unplanned choices. I tried to estimate the calories in 2 home dishes that I made so there is no accurate nitrition facts about my food. No veg today unfortunately. Tomorrow is a new day.

Thank you for the advice. Although I agree with yoh, I'm just scared to eat more than my calories even the exercise calories. Thank you so much for the valuabe information. I have learnt alot on how to adjust my macros. But I have a question, when calculating my macros based on the body weight, shall I adjust on my current weight which is 204 pounds or the goal weight which is 150 ?
