100 day diaries of fit mommy

Hello everyone,
I started on this forum about 2 weeks ago. I was commited to log in for about 3 days only then I got sick and start to recover today.
I made a new goal for myself to stay on plan for 100 days continously. The main goal is to log everything and to workout every single day even if I go for some walk.
I will post pics for my meals, workout and water intake.
Please feel free to add me, I need all possible support.
My status :
Height : 5 7
Starting weight : 204.8
Goal weight: 150

It tells me I will be 190 pounds after 9 weeks...so on 12 January lets see this 190

Keep up the good work! Your food looks nice.
Don't worry if you don't have time to post pics of everything every day.
The main thing is to keep logging in MFP and exercising for health. Stick to your calorie limit, and don't eat too little.

This time im more commited to log and watch what Im eating....we can do this together3 -
Yesterday was a very busy day. With cleaning and having kids at home make it difficult to workout. I found myself didnt eat that much but anyway, today is Monday yaaaay

My diet plan is counting calories..
My workout plan : I'm doing Core de force program which lasts for 2 months.
My biggest challenge is to log my food and do my workout 6 days a week. I'm sure if I did that for 1 month at least I will see significant changes in my body .
My sw is : 204.8 ( Dec 6) my height is 5 7
My goal for Dec is to reach 198

I log my exercise calories but sometimes at the end of the day I forget to click on " complete diary " .. I think I eat most of my exercise calories, however, it seems that my body needs fewer food to lose that weight.
It is a good idea to make a week review for everything. I will do this this week .

What does logging: 40% mean? You're only logging 40% of your meals? This is how I get off track, so I encourage you to make the time for it.
It's especially helpful for me to prelog dinner, as this is my meal with the most variation and potential for calorie bombs.2
