Yeah I agree Im going to probably go with Huel at 1000k cal per day giving me 50% of the vitamins and 106% of protein daily values recommended. Then I can fill the other 1000 calories with whatever then and supplement with the jym line stuff I want to get again.

Also if this is the case how is that people go on fasts for days and sometimes weeks at a time without dying ? They surely are not meeting the Daily BMR's of Calories needed to sustain life functions as science claims.
