Weigh in this morning at 78kg. Lots of eating today of leftovers but I planned that i would start tomorrow anyway. More for fat loss than anything else really. I do have hypothyroidism and a few other medical conditions but not related to my weight. I do find when I feel healthier and "cleaner" with keto it helps me feel better overall.

Weighed myself today after a few days of emotional eating. It isn't the worst, I've gone from 76.5kg to 76.2kg but nevertheless need to get back on track in the next few days! Anyone else struggle with looking to food for comfort.

Yes as soon as I have fought off the cravings I am all good. It's like when I've wanted a burger for 2 weeks and I have in the other day. The craving just wouldn't go!

I used to exercise but I stopped after a knee injury. I think I will focus on how many calories I'm eating and what I will feel like afterwards, perhaps that will help. Thank you for your advice.

The last 2 days I've been eating whatever my heart desires. I've got the seasonal cold and when I fall sick I fall off the wagon...bigtime. It's as if whenever I deviate from my diet plan for whatever reason, I just keep eating till I feel bloated and horrible and then look back and think why did i eat that? Anyone else…

I also noticed my weight hit sky high when I started taking SSRIs. Whenever I try come off them it's as if I look to food instead. Let's keep going. The fact we are here is a step in the right direction 💪
