I was doing modified lunges to start and definitely need to start smaller because that's what hurt I don't have access to a gym or a swimming pool but those are all great ideas. I'm going to go for a 'power' walk here soon and start there. Thanks!

defintely feeling the hunger! I am also incorporating a calorie deficit and pairing that with intermittent fasting. I agree that starting slow is best. I think I will go on a walk today since it is not raining too, I've got to push my baby in a stroller..so yeah

I think if you're already at an ideal weight that it is dangerous, but I am severely overweight and I believe it is reasonable and possible.

so much weight because this number will put me at 50 lbs total lost. The deadline is a soft one & only because it is the end of the year. I am eating a good amount of calories still there is nothing extreme or unhealthy or dangerous about it that I am doing.

Ketosis is the body using fat as a fuel source instead of glucose. Its cleaner and healthier. Carbs are the only thing that create fat. I am trying to stick with my Keto diet. Lost 28 pounds the first 2 months of doing it.
