Recipes ideas anyone ?
Hi everyone. So here is the thing. I have a sweet tooth, and i love cake. I've been making black been based cake with chocolate protein powder, and it's amazing. Now I have some ripe avos and i was wondering if anyone has any cake/brownie recipe i can make with avos and protein powder. TIA

If you're willing to risk a less than perfect outcome, I think you could probably try substituting avocado for oil in most dessert baked goods (although chocolate and other strong flavors will hide the mild avocado flavor better). Also, I've made pudding/mousse with avocado, so you might try it as a substitute for pudding mix in cake recipes (obviously, you would need to reduce liquids a little, and add cocoa or melted chocolate for chocolate pudding, vanilla extract for vanilla pudding, etc., as well as a little sugar maybe.0
