#unforgettable2010 I’m new to this app. So I tried editing the statement to run, walk, bike or anything as long as you set a goal to try to accomplish but I guess it doesn’t allow me too. The main thing is just try to get people together to accomplish a goal everyone has an to help each other.

Today I told myself I would test myself. I wanted to just run a 30 min 3 miler. For some reason Benni Benassi pumped me up that I ran a 30:30 min 4 miler. One day down 4 more to go.

Great job on your commitment and accomplishment. What is your current workout routine? If you don’t mind me asking? True I'm a late 80s baby but classic rock to me never gets old but again i listen to the new to just depends on the mood I'm in when i work out..I even worked out to R&B music

Depends on the mood im in but it can never go wrong with 90s music, rock, alternative, hip hop, any genre from the 90s.
