3 miles or more challenge!!!

Hello I am trying to challenge myself this week to run a minimum of 3 miles a day or more let’s be friends and motivate each other for any goals you would like to reach.

Today I told myself I would test myself. I wanted to just run a 30 min 3 miler. For some reason Benni Benassi pumped me up that I ran a 30:30 min 4 miler. One day down 4 more to go.

I generally don’t run lol But I have been pushing to walk 2, 5 mile sessions a day on the treadmill. Took an 1hr 40min at first. Today I hit 1hr 19min.2

#unforgettable2010 I’m new to this app. So I tried editing the statement to run, walk, bike or anything as long as you set a goal to try to accomplish but I guess it doesn’t allow me too. The main thing is just try to get people together to accomplish a goal everyone has an to help each other.0
