Good workout routine?
Today I conducted a three a day workout..5am to 7am with hill repeats..1130 to 1200 strength training ( focus chest, triceps and abs) .. 530pm to 640 stairmaster 30mins and another set of chest, triceps and abs.. I feel great..still motivated..do you think its too much..plus my meal intake i am watching what i eat ..more…
