Good workout routine?

Today I conducted a three a day workout..5am to 7am with hill repeats..1130 to 1200 strength training ( focus chest, triceps and abs) .. 530pm to 640 stairmaster 30mins and another set of chest, triceps and abs.. I feel great..still motivated..do you think its too much..plus my meal intake i am watching what i eat ..more protein and vegetables..any advice please let me know..thanks

Why? 2 hours of hill repeats? As for the lifting, follow you an established lifting program.

Too much for who?
Too much to achieve what particular training goal?
Too much if done once in a while or too much if done frequently?
Advice - use you time wisely as time is a limited resource. Train efficiently and with a plan that aligns to your goals and capabilities. Chest/triceps/abs twice a day - why?????
PS - I always watch what I eat or I get food all over my shirt.
I watched what I ate when I got fat, got slim, stayed the same weight.0
