Right, I was going to give running as an example too. You would get step calories, then log the run on top of that. I’m losing weight and things are going the right direction, but I was curious what everyone else did.

Yes, walked round trip. My watch says it was around 400 active calories.

I like a half of an English muffin with a teaspoon of Nutella. Seems to do the trick and I have a serious sweet tooth.

Also, make sure you have your weight, age and other health info in the health app on your phone. This helps the watch calculate specifically for you.

My Apple Watch seems to be fairly close to accurate. Most days it shows my total calories between 2100-2400 depending on what I did. MFP has me at 1440 calories a day and I’ve lost several pounds over the last few weeks, probably a little too quickly. Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories and sometimes I don’t, just…
