  • I did find that mixing a little apple cider vinegar, a small amount of honey and a plenty of water helped quench my thirst and control my appetite quickly. So, I was less likely to want snacks between meals.
  • A couple of my favourites- 1) Low carb ploughman's platter -2 slices of ham - slice 1 apple, 7cm cucumber, 1 carrot, some red capsicum and a matchbox sized serving of cheese. - add a dollop of fruit chutney. 2) Sliced vege sticks with a dip made from 2tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp cottage cheese (mix well).   • I like shredded cabbage as a substitute for noodles. So, maybe they'd satisfy for pasta, too. As a couple of other people suggested, cabbage leaves or eggplant slices are good for making lasagna.

  • I agree, moderation and finding the things you enjoy are very helpful for me. Find tasty, healthy food. Don't beat yourself up for the occasional indulgence.
