I’ve been vegan for all of 2months, but I’m in it for the long haul! I’ve really fallen in love with tofu and want to try my hand at seitan meats, but so bar I’m just having troubles with non soy proteins. I’m not afraid of soy, but I don’t want to eat tofu for every meal. I do love it but I love variety more ;)…

Thanks! I’ll start being more proactive about planning my snacks into my calories. Prepackaged baggies might be a good idea. I doubt my self control even then though. Maybe I’ll add seasonings to other snacks to fill my cravings. Rice cakes or fruit jerky.

I’m also looking for accountability partners! I need to lose about 50 lbs. I have officially started 10 days ago, exercise is regular, but my eats by habits are crazy.
