First thing: I'm no expert or professional. Couple of theories: Winter blues, lacking certain nutrients, or perhaps need a doctors advice - depression can be debilitating. I hope for the easiest of outcomes for you. Keep posting, it will feel better to sound off here than struggle on your own. Many congrats on the weight…

Hiya! Hey, if you were in the gym and had strict eating habits - you already know the answer! The key here is finding your motivation, you already know the exercise and nutrition stuff. Figure out what changed in your life when you "hit your peak" and work from there. Good to meet you !

Confession: Annoying neighbour plans to have a haircut that would look terrible. I fully encouraged and even double-dared. Now waiting for Monday to see if it worked. (I'm going straight to hell)

Discovered an amazing new chilli sauce.

The fish fillet I'm having for supper. How boring.

Wow, hadn't meant to start something. I've never really noticed any smell when cooking brussells, but because I meal prep I tend to be cooking 6 things at once.
-
I struggle with this, much of my day is spent sitting but some also walking and heavy lifting. I know I am burning calories but don't know how much.
-
Well I don't know about favourite but I have developed a deep and meaningful love for brussell sprouts. Can eat a tonne of them for very few calories and get loads of vitamins.

Actually just thought of another - sorry - don't mean to moan, but it's been quite a day. I have a co-worker who often eats soup for lunch. Fine. What irks is that he/she will not just eat her accompanying bread, will not dunk it into the soup, but will try to spoon the soup ONTO the bread. And expect a liquid to balance…

People that state the obvious - what a waste of oxygen. Shows a lack of conversational ability.

Very recently 40, and finding it very liberating. Can do whatever I want without having to have a reason or excuse - I can because I want to and I'm a grown-up ! Allegedly...............

For wine to be calorie-free....

One cozy night in with my husband (for cozy, read: slightly inebriated) he, for no apparent reason, reached across and poked my belly - and said "CHUNKY" . He was as horrified as me at his faux pas. But it stuck with me. He loves me no-matter what, but that just showed me the "sub conscious"

Sorry to the poster below, just realised how inappropriate my picture could be

I lose my appetite when stressed or down, but only because my alcohol consumption increases. Calories still going in.

(Years ago) my tax disc fell off my windscreen due to condensation, cop pulled up beside me at traffic lights. Thankfully he was an alright guy and once he saw I did have the correct documents, he let me reattach the disc and be on my way. :)

Hell no to snuggles. A hug is fine, but cant do the "cuddly sleepers" thing. Hate it. Leave me alone.

Hi ! I'm on chicken and veggies too this week, next week will either be turkey meatballs or beef casserole.
-
Have you tried cottage pie? Or add some curry flavors and make samosas ?

[quote+"When that happens to me, it's usually my big mouth. [/quote] Harsh, but entirely true I guess. You sure you're not him?? If so, whatever I said, I AM sorry...........
-
Ha ha! If that were possible, none of us would be on this site! I do understand its hard. Think about something other than food - again, I totally get that it's difficult, but think about someone or something that you dislike or irritates you - makes my appetite disappear when I'm bugged at something. Good luck !

A friend :/ and I really don't know why. :(

Oh I can relate alright, I spend most of my dark evenings dreaming of sandwiches - made with sticky white no-good-for-you-barely-even bread, filled with any amount of gorgeous things that will make me feel comfortable, warm and loved. I called it a food-hug. Always made me feel better. Now? Blessed if I know, I go to bed…
