Aw ain’t it lovely. I did a 2.7k walk this evening. Not brave enough to let him off the lead as not many safe places here and he’s rubbish at recall.

I’m a bit rubbish at making myself exercise, especially as I spend most of my time marking at the table, so I think using the pup is a good idea to MAKE me go out

I’ve just bought a Fitbit Charge 2. My favourite bit at the moment is constantly seeing how many steps I’m up to and the reminders if I’ve been sat too long (it vibrates and tells me to get up). Even now I’m below my steps goal so think I’m going to take the dog out for a walk. I’m hoping to see more activity on it when…

My calorie goal is higher on here as I want sustainable weight loss and worries 1200 would make me miserable. However, I’m trying to keep keep below the 1400 so about 12-1300 maybe? Any thoughts? Feel free to add me as I’m just starting out xx
