I love a good latte, so instead of getting a Starbucks sugar bomb I make my own at home and use protein powder to add the sweetness!

My fitness focus for 2018 is to be more consistent with exercising and to drink more water! And I agree with Mallory, when I am on I’m on but when I’m not it way off. Need to realize that working out doesn’t always have to be this crazy 1-2 hr session. If I only have time for 30 min on the treadmill I’m going to work on…
