Hello every one my starting weight was 216lbs my weigh in today is 210lbs I am not one too exercise loosing 5lbs is a big challenge one too push me a bit I do not wish too put stress on my self so i will shoot for 2.5 lbs but will not be disappointed if i loose 5

It is real easy too eat I myself am not the work out type i am glad too see that we can get points from doing every day stuff taking a walk with memories is hard too do but is way better for our soul than eating
