Michellesilverleaf, I eat healthy on my non exercise days. I still eat healthy but have a rest. I normally track my days and what I eat.

Nuts, fruits, maybe some already made dinner, buy them before your work day. Thou don’t alway have frozen food because it can become unhealthy but it’s better than cakes or all that. I normally have them on my 15 minute breaks, you will be pushing a bit to finish but at least it’s quite healthy and filling. Good luck.

I don’t really have time in the morning before work. I know there are some out there that get up really early to make a great protein breakfast but I’m not just there yet. So I I can have smoothies rather than leaving home hungry and end up getting junk because I’m staving by lunch. That’s all

Instead of ACV just squeeze some lemon in a glass of water every morning. It boasts metabolism and cleans out unwanted toxins, ACV does the same but it’s not as natural and chemically like lemon.
