Thanks for your replies everyone. @estherdragonbat I'll definitely look into those websites! I used grains, lentils, pulses, beans and things in my meals quite often, I'm just trying to get to know what goes best together and add new ingredients into dishes I havent tried before.

After I had my kids, and not being able to go to the gym anymore i was advised to look into getting a rowing machine at home because aswell as the cardio excersize it provides it helps to strengthen the core and increasingly tone the muscle. To walk 52.05 miles would probably take you the best part of 20 hours at an average walking pace without stopping. I think google fit has got that very wrong. Unless like amusedmonkey said, you're a car. And a very fast one at that!

I have PCOS and recently had 2 kids, obviously didn't help my weight loss journey. I gained 56lbs, my youngest is 5 months and I have lost 35lbs so far. The last 20lbs are proving very difficult.. sometimes my motivation suffers as a result of the scales not moving. Vicious circle.

I'll do it! I'm losing my post pregnancy weight now. Baby was born 25/11/18. I was 14 stone 5lbs on that day. Today I am 12 stone 3lbs. My goal is 10 stone. 10lbs in 8 weeks seems totally doable!

I am also a mom, to a 7month old boy and am trying to get back in shape after gaining 2 stone while pregnant, I also have a metabolic disorder which doesn’t help and if anything it just helps me put more weight on!!

I am doing shaun t’s T25, not insanity but it’s close enough! And bloody hard work! I had a baby 7 months ago and have lost all my body confindence since then, I’ve gained 2.5 stone but feel well enough now to do somethin about it. My news years resolution.. become healthier!
