Yep same was on vaca and bday gained so much back. Work so hard for loss was happy slack a lil gain so easy. Im ready to work so hard again lol

Hello new team mates and old. I fell off wagon last month many personal issues. Also poor choices. I think im mentally back to me. I been at it since thanksgiving. Im ready for march and ready to burn the wagon down. Cant wait to see everyone succeed.

@AB0215 Yeah been doing same exercising might need to switch it up. My diet maybe i should eat more meat i mostly do vegetarian. We will see. Thanks for the input :)

Weekly weigh in Feb week 2 Pw-186 Cw-187 Well this last 10 has been a stinker to lose been floating at 184-187 for a month and half. May need to up my exercise but ive been getting 16000 steps every day lol

Hello team. Turned 40 last month. This is my 3rd month doing this first month lost over 10 lbs. Second month nothing really lost gained a lil. I had given up alcohol but found ate more snacks still staying under calories. So going back to my wine. Going to try to cut a few more calories and maybe add double work out days…

@satchel2008 Yeah i had 2 lb gain also. But yep all you can do is keep going and tweak it if need be. I try not to get down but it is hard when your feel like your nailing it and nope scale says different. There is times i feel i slack and get a loss. I guess i got to take it as it comes.

Thinking about going 100 percent vegetarian next month with some fasting in there. Not to upset about it. All part of my journey :)

@KT4everFree No i never eat them i get normally 1800 a day with exercise it puts it at about 2400 and i stick to 1800 and only lose about a pound a week. I know if i go up to 2400 ill gain

RetroJoe28 Jan week 2 Friday PW: 185.5 CW: 185.5 Well my first week of not having a loss in 7 weeks. But not a gain ill take it. Gave up alcohol this week but found i replaced it with snacks lol. My calories are good just need to dial it in better make healthier snack choices.

Welcome this is my second month its quite fun. Yeah 5am gym can be ruff i work out after work which can be hard also. Baby steps. Diet is 90 percent of weight loss. Go soft if need be try to work out when can if you cant its ok. Take few extra steps here and there. As long as your diet is good the weight will go…
