  • Planet fitness has free training secessions. I have never personally used one but that is part of my 2018 goals. Also if you don’t want a training but you just want someone to show you how to use the machines they will walk you through every machine.

  • Thankfully the sandwich is not an everyday thing for me. It was one of those times I needed something quick on my way to work. But next time I decided to go for all the calories in one meal I’m choosing a doughnut haha
