I don’t always eat healthy, but I stick to my MFP cals; 90% of the time. That’s where I personally would put my focus. After you see the results the rest will fall in place because you’ll begin to change mentally too. Add me for support and encouragement. I’ve yo-yo dieted my whole life till now, so I know you can do this.

Turn 29 in June. Add me and we can support each other on our weight loss journey! I run, but am trying to change it up. Weakness...stress...makes me wanna eat, but I’ve done pretty good at working out instead.

Keep reading success stories until you are tired of looking at them (then look at them some more!). And put pictures and notes everywhere to remind urself to go to the gym.

I think people here are just jazzed about their goals. They know what they want and arent afraid to keep focused, which is what you need to achieve a longterm goal. It's best to live with excitement and anticipation, rather than fearing how your gonna end up if you join the community. And not all of us bite. Lol jk
