I love my coffee and I love it VERY strong with a generous portion of half and half, but I have successfully changed to about 1/3 half and half and 2/3 Fairlife whole milk. And I actually prefer the taste now. I may push myself to try just the Fairlife, but I'm with you - I won't wreck my coffee for a handful of calories!

Actually, belly fat - also called visceral fat is reduced very successfully by going low-carb or even keto. Hey, I would love to join! This was never an issue with me, but I have a degenerative disease and with it, insomnia. Suddenly, I have all of this time in the night and I find I am tempted to graze on snacks! This is such a helpful inducement to curb a bad habit! Thank you for doing this!
