Yes. I work 7a-3p then flip to 3p-11p with the occasional 11p-7a or sometimes a double shift of any of the two. I’ve decided that any food after my last meal of the day is late night snacking. But, I added a fourth meal to my logging to accommodate the weird work hours.
Sometimes that 4th meal is only a small amount of food or I just skip it altogether. But if I’m working 16 hours solid or flipping shifts and can’t sleep, it’s nice to have an extra meal time built into my day.1 -

- 1/2 scoop =15g Optimum Nutrition chocolate protein powder
- 1-2 drop peppermint extract
- 30 Lily's dark chocolate chips4 -
