    Today's my birthday and I want all the cake in the world, and I want to sit and eat it all night. But, I'm actually celebrating it tomorrow with a dinner out and although I'm sure I'll have something yummy, hopefully I'll be reasonable about it.

    I hope you enjoy your meal out.
    To avoid the cake or dessert menu why not blow some calories on a delicious main dish and then hopefully you'll be so satisfied the cake/ dessert won't be missed :)
