Hey, I would love to join! This was never an issue with me, but I have a degenerative disease and with it, insomnia. Suddenly, I have all of this time in the night and I find I am tempted to graze on snacks! This is such a helpful inducement to curb a bad habit! Thank you for doing this!3

I really want something sweet so I'm posting early as a deterrent.
Not doing so well on not snacking on sweet stuff during the day. So far 1 out of 5!

On a scale of badness, the snacking wasn't bad--4 or 5 animal crackers and 3 walnut halves. I have been known to devour an entire frozen Sara Lee pound cake in the middle of the night prior to the days of having microwaves. Although my asterisk goes by LNS, I am a little proud of myself.4
