I failed last night at being AF this week. Yesterday at work was a nightmare. Got off 2 hrs late so I did not go to gym. Went home and changed and headed straight to the wine rack. Only 2 glasses but still....I let work get to me!!!! I guess better the whole bottle. Uuuggghhh

I am excited to say that I cut my normal weekend drinking down drastically. My goal is to be AF all week then drink on weekends. A few weekends ago I really over did it and wondered "why". I understand completely. Stopped exercising for almost a year. I was an avid strength trainer and went to gym 6-7 days a week. Starting all over again!! The ellipical is just killing me. Keep up the good work.

I tried it. I am not a treadmill person and every class had me on that thing for 30 minutes. I love the rower and floor exercises. I also have a crazy schedule and I just could not "schedule" classes. It did not work for me.
