  • I made a vision board specifically for my fitness goals. It's in my room so it reminds me why I started my weight loss and fitness journey. This has really helped me to stay on track and not give in so easily.
  • I tend to emotional eat when I'm stressed or in a bad mood also. Yesterday I was very proud of myself because I didn't give in when usually I would just say screw it. I've made myself a small vision board that i put in my room, it reminds me of why I am working towards my goals, it has really helped me stay on track.
  • I've been using MFP for a while now but I'm new to these forums, I'd like some active friends as well! I just have no clue how this works haha.
  • I am not completely sober but not drinking regularly has changed my life! I can enjoy a glass of wine on occassion, a beer here and there but most of the time I drink flavoured sparkling water. I just love feeling 100% all the time. One bad hangover did it for me, I couldn't imagine why I would ever do that to myself…
  • I like to have 2, sometimes 3 eggs with half an avocado OR I do scrambled eggs with some spinach and bell pepper (2 eggs and some egg whites) with that side of avocado. The fats and protein combo really seems to work for me and I have tons of energy before my workout. i try to eat an hour before my training session.
