Emotional Eating?

I have the worst habit of emotional eating. Today was my first day giving in in the two weeks I've been trying to maintain my diet. I had such a horrible day, and I knew if I ate something I didn't really desire, I would have stayed in an awful mood. How do you all who have the same issue keep from giving in? I won't mind once in a while, but I don't want it to be habit when my day is bad anymore.

I tend to emotional eat when I'm stressed or in a bad mood also. Yesterday I was very proud of myself because I didn't give in when usually I would just say screw it. I've made myself a small vision board that i put in my room, it reminds me of why I am working towards my goals, it has really helped me stay on track.0
