Not much of a shift. I've been doing intermittent fasting however I can't shake off additional weight. I think I'm gonna cut out cheese. Not bad for weight loss. I can see a difference in old pictures and in my clothes. I’m gonna keep it up until I hit my ultimate goal of 200 lbs.
