Thanks again. Between the two of you I'm determined to find a way to post my pull up video. If nothing else it will educate me in the world of youtube. If my video does accidently get out there it could possablly go viral and make me comedy star.1 -

Here is the youtube video I did for our "Get-R-Done" exercise challenge for March. I am going to extend my personal challenge into April. My goal is to do 8 CLEAN pull ups by the end of April.
Does anyone else want to extend or join our April Get-R-Done exercise challenge? It doesn't have to be pull ups. Just pick an exercise you can't do right now, set a goal and report your progress here during the month of April. For example in March we had people doing planks, pull ups and dragon flys. Oh, and you don'thave to post a video.

I don't know if I've said it lately so I'll say it again. I this group! I've learned so much and been inspired by incredible stories on this thread. I hope we continue into April and months beyond. Here's to April. No foolin!2

My goal for the month was to lose 12 pounds and by some crazy miracle I did just that. I woke up this morning, jumped on the scale and much to my surprise lost the last 3 pounds that made my total for the month 12.
I struggled through much of March with a cold and so the walking I had planned to do got sidelined but I continued to eat keto so I will take that as a win.
I am taking a trip with my husband to see my inlaws in Tucson at the end of April and I would love to lose an additional 10 pounds by the time I get on that plane so that my ride in the plane seat is more comfortable. That may be a tall order but that is my goal so I am going to do everything in my power to either meet or get as close to that goal as possible by April 26th.

Yikes! I’ve been so busy the past few weeks I forgot to post! March is a crazy month for me! I volunteer in 4H, directing several groups for Music and Drama and when March comes its full swing rehearsals most nights! But at least I’m staying away from carbs and sugar.
Made it to half way to my goal.

The end of the month is finally here. I can't believe 1/4 of 2018 has already passed. March wound up being great! Today I woke up just under my 2nd goal. I am out of the obesity weight range. Healthy BMI for me is 30lbs away. Next goal is 100lbs lost (22.2lbs away). I am prepared for this to take longer but it doesn't matter how long it takes. Every day we keep up the hard work, we wake up healthier than the day before, and closer to being our best physical self. It shouldn't end there though. I am constantly reminding to myself to treat myself well, take time out for me, and celebrate every success I have, no matter how big or small. Being part of this challenge and group is one of those successes. Thank you all for being part of that! LET'S BRING ON APRIL!!!!!!!

March was a tough month. I was hovering above 230 but finally this week was able to get in the 220s. Went to a wedding last weekend and ate more carbs than I would’ve liked, however this month was all right. Just losing so I’m happy. Goal for April is to hit 210.0 -

Could be better, could be worse!! I'm happy to be out of the 230s finally. I'd love to see 8 lbs gone in April... but my recent avg has been in the 5-6 lb range. I will try though!0 -

That bit of fitting more comfortably in the seat in the airplane brought back some memories. My weight loss was 60 pounds and took a year. I really didn't notice "things" too much until 1 day...I did.. and it seemed to occur all of a sudden. 1 day I looked at my legs while sitting in the car. I did a "double take" when realizing the smaller version belonged to me. I fit so much better in my small car. I had lots of room surrounding me in the bath tub. I took up less space in the bed and in my swivel rocker. I was suddenly able to squeeze into small spaces (like between someone in a chair and a wall). It was easier to get on the floor and stretch out to get something that had rolled under the bed. And then stand up!
Your list will go on and on and on too. Don't ever, ever quit!
May everyone have these revelations as they continue to lose their extra pounds that are so limiting to daily activity.

This is how I ended March. Not the 2lb per wk goal I was hoping for, but I know that I was not 'hardcore' on my eating and exercise so I am okay with how I ended!
